David Marshall is the Founder and Principal of Malaphor, an advisory firm that works with founders, leadership teams, and investors at key moments of growth.

Malaphor supports companies on fundraising, investor readiness, commercial strategy, and broader strategic decision-making. The focus is simple: helping organisations get clearer, present better, and move with more confidence.

David’s background spans venture-backed entrepreneurship, corporate finance, and investment. He also serves as Head of Europe at TFO Equity, an international sports venture capital firm and investment platform.

Before launching Malaphor, David co-founded Suji, a venture-backed sports technology company that worked with the majority of the major professional sports teams in the United States. He has also built and operated a leading independent fitness business in Europe and served as Chairman of a National Governing Body, giving him experience across growth, governance, and execution.

That mix of founder, operator, and adviser shapes how Malaphor works today: practical, commercially minded, and focused on outcomes.
